Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before enrolling in any Ledgerly program or using this website. By submitting an enquiry form, enrolling in a program, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Questions: legal@ledgerlena.

By using this website or enrolling in a program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Thai law, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

3. Nature of Services — Educational Scope

Ledgerly provides financial education only. Our programs are designed to improve participants' understanding of financial concepts, Thai tax frameworks, and succession law fundamentals. They do not constitute:

Nothing communicated during a program or by Ledgerly staff should be construed as professional advice. Participants are encouraged to consult qualified professionals for decisions affecting their financial, tax, or legal affairs.

4. Enrolment and Registration

Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a written confirmation from Ledgerly. Places in each program cohort are limited and are allocated on a first-confirmed basis. Ledgerly reserves the right to decline enrolment at its discretion.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted in Thai Baht and are inclusive of all program materials. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or approved card payment. A receipt is issued for all transactions. Fees do not include travel to and from the venue.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If Ledgerly cancels a program due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next cohort. Ledgerly will not be liable for any indirect costs incurred as a result of such cancellation.

8. Intellectual Property

All program materials — including written content, templates, worksheets, presentations, and reference guides — are the intellectual property of Ledgerly. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials for their own personal and business learning purposes. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or adapt materials for commercial use without prior written consent from Ledgerly.

9. Confidentiality

Ledgerly treats all personal and financial information shared by participants in the context of programs as strictly confidential. Participants also agree to treat information shared by other group members as confidential and not to disclose it outside the session environment.

10. Certificates of Completion

Participants who attend all scheduled sessions of a program are eligible to receive a Ledgerly certificate of completion. These certificates record attendance and engagement and are not accredited qualifications. They are not issued by or recognised by any government or regulatory body.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Programs and materials are provided on an "as is" basis for educational purposes. Ledgerly does not warrant that participation in any program will result in specific financial, tax, or legal outcomes. No representation is made as to the completeness or accuracy of program content in relation to any individual participant's specific circumstances.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Ledgerly's total liability to any participant arising from or in connection with a program shall not exceed the fee paid for that program. Ledgerly shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of business opportunity, or financial decisions made on the basis of educational content received.

13. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ledgerly, its facilitators, and staff from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from the participant's breach of these Terms or misuse of program materials.

14. Termination

Ledgerly reserves the right to remove a participant from a program without refund if their conduct materially disrupts the learning environment or breaches these Terms. Participants may withdraw at any time, subject to the cancellation policy in Section 6.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith informal resolution between the parties. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

16. Changes to These Terms

Ledgerly may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Severability and General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms, together with any enrolment confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between Ledgerly and the participant in respect of the relevant program. No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a continuing waiver.
